He took his team to (4) Final Four's and a won the NCAA National Championship in 1990. Richardson has achieved 609 victories in his 25 years of coaching at the college level. His career in coaching has spanned for over 38 years. He is the only coach in history who has won a championship in all (3) collegiate divisions, Nat'l Junior College Tournament, Nat'l Invitational Tournament and the NCAA National Championship in 1994.
